Miss Audrey Hepburn

As per request, I digitally painted the portrait of Miss Audrey Hepburn. When asked if I had drawn her, I immediately recalled a time when I did attempt to digitally paint her portrait. At that time, I was just playing around with different digital brushes, and the portrait ended up looking like crap, so I trashed it.

When I was asked about her portrait, I knew I wanted to give it another try. So I looked up some photo references on Pinterest, I came across this portrait, and decided it was time to give her another go.

The photo reference is in black and white, however, I wanted to give her some color.

Looking at them side-by-side, I could pick out areas that aren’t quite like the photo reference, but I had so much fun free-handing this portrait, that I am pleased with the final results.
